At Lattafa Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the perfume bottle is unused and in its original cellophane-wrapped box; place it securely in a shipping carton with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
